I have been designing new homes and commercial developments for over 20 years.
From concept to all the requirements up to and including lodging the Development Application. Working with you and your budget to produce designs for new homes, extensions, subdivisions, dual occupancies, town house developments, decks, bush fire reports, and BASIX reports. I also supply project management for owner builders.
I work in the Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, Bega and Queanbeyan/Palerang Shires.
The brief
The starting point is to understand exactly what your requirements are, based on the aspect and slope of the lot, your living style, type of construction and your budget.
Clients may supply pictures of design elements they like from magazines, or from the internet. I take these onboard when producing concept designs for discussion.
Start to finished development
The above job was designed and project managed for the clients. It took 6 months to complete from start to finish including clearing and removing 250 tonnes of mature trees and landscaping.
